I believe that the PS3 version will outsell the 360 version and it will be a repeat of DMC or something like that.
I won't discard the idea of better sales on the 360 though...the whole multiplatform thing has been blown out of proportion so much that I could see non rpg fans on the 360 buying ff13 just because they heard another PS3 exclusive will be available for both consoles.
