@ stick: you're not taking into account it's still a whole while away, and that the PS3 has been selling quite well (and predictions are that it'll sell as good or even better in the future) so it'll have a larger base when the game hits.
And I haven't researched all the games you have mentioned, but what was the install base when those games hit.

Oh please, it's selling better than your favourite HD system, so that's a rather cheap shot.
