People forget how f***** up Pol Pot was, a man who executed 1/3 of his own nation, sometimes for things like wearing glasses because that was an item that an intelligent would possess.
Leopold II is on the List, but not Queen Victoria, i know colonisation of Congo Free State was brutal , but hey it's not like British Empire made everyone so happy. And i dont see why Kaiser Wilhelm is on this list and not Clemencau or George V ? Wilhelm did not start the war, it was equally anticiaped by all the sides.
I know winners write history, but people seem to forget that apparently those "good" leaders are sometimes no different to monster like the Kaiser lol
