Why doesn't Lucasarts commission Namco to do a proper SW fighting game?

Well, if LucasArts makes it, they keep all the money. If they outsource it to Namco, they have to pay Namco.

Stars Wars, as a franchise, is pretty designed to milk money. I think they'll keep it to themselves.
