I think that would be unrealistic and dangerous, i dont think there is enough space for a 3rd handheld. DS kicks ass, PSP is selling alright at the moment, both have very good libraries i just dont see what MS could offer.
Plus it would cost them so much to make this handheld a new brand just like Xbox which brought them losses.
