I dont live in NYC but near it so its not illegal

 

Same here I live 40 mins above the City. And he is out from about 8 A.M to 12 P.M doing what he wants...which is mostly sleeping...

Yeah, sleeping is what they are best at... I cant keep mine out since my parents dont like them and they may walk out since my doors are always open
