It's not what I say, but what I hear. I hate watching TV or listening to radio when it's live. Why? Because I always, always notice the "umms" and "errs" in the people's speech. It's even worse when they're not presenters, but guests.
Just watch a developer interview, or anything unscripted, and listen out for it, you'll know what I mean.
