How bad did Beyond Good and Evil actually sell?

So many people grumble about 'same old same old' when another FPS, platformer, etc. appears then whenever something pretty original like this or ICO appears that blends genres and delivers a totally cohesive experience they avoid it like the plague.

Oh well... at least those of us who have played it know it for the gem it is.

I really hope the next one is both good and sells well.

It comes down to the same situation you run into when dating; what a person says and what a person wants are not always the same. Which sucks, but whachagonnado?
