I am damn sick of people comparing George Bush to any war criminal just because the UN was against the war in Iraq. Setting the wheels of democracy and modernization in the very backwards middle east is what was needed as horrible as it is. Modern Civilization and Bacwards Societies cannot exist in the world at the same time, it's been proven over history.
