Not really ...
Both Facism and Comunism believe in the state control of (practically) everything, and the primary difference between the two ideologies is Facism is heavily nationalistic while comunism is heavily socialistic; in essence everything in a facist nation is for the good of the nation (and the president/emperor by proxy), and everything in a comunist nation is for the good of the people (and the party by proxy).
