No. PS3 versions cost 10$ more specifically to fix that problem.
They get double the money off each PS3 version sold. In all honesty, it wouldn't surprise me, if they actually double the income.
I'll add a 'total money to publisher' thing. (how much the developer gets is up to the deal with them and the publisher... so I'll just go with publisher)
