Louisiana to get hit by a hurricane again?

My mom wants to get the hell out of here (she's from Missouri, and freaks out when ever a storm is coming anywhere near us), but me and my dad think it'd be better to stay home, especially since our only real option is to go stay with my sisters in Baton Rouge, and Baton Rouge is more likeley to get the eye of the storm at the moment, thus negating the positive of it being a bit more inland.

I'm not too worried about it, tbh. The latest track shows it going a bit west of us, and they said a few days ago that it would turn into a cat. four today, then drop back to a three once it enters the gulf, and probably hit land at three. It would have to be a level 4-5 and hit us straight on like Katrina to do any thing REALLY bad.

Though I suppose my definition of "bad" isn't quite as liberal as that of most people. >_>
