^Probably because shes more experienced than Barrack Obama. Simple fact. 2 years Executive experience for an Executive position is > than 6 months of Legislative experience for an executive position.
Also, she has experienced more contested campaigns. Obama has a questionable history of using less than upright means to make sure he runs for office uncontested. Now, considering he's a product of the Chicago political environment, that observation may not be fair since such seedy tactics are status quo.
