The RROD is still MS's biggest problems. Some Falcons are still failing here and there, and despite the 3 year RROD warranty some launch consoles about to past three years, and then what? People who bought the launch consoles will have to either buy a new console or pay $100 for a repair over and over or be forced to buy a new system at $200.
With that said, MS has done a good effort to get attention in Japan with the RPGS and eventually they will fight harder in Europe. MS's only issue is hardware right now imho.
It's just that simple.
