Don't offices have power outlets? Mine does. Do planes have some? (a slight fear of flying keeps me grounded, so I don't really remember)

I've never really had battery problems with mine.

Offices usually do, planes don't as far as I know (though I haven't flown on anything larger than a 757 in years)

What? 757s are some of the biggest commercial jets out there, particularly for domestic travel.

Anyhow, no, planes don't have outlets on them.

They do, but usually just in Business Class, I'm not aware of any airlines that have them in Economy Class.

Considering getting one of these, the battery life doesn't really bother me too much, I'll just buy another battery next time I fly long-haul. I do the same for my mobile and laptop, so it's no big deal.

And yet people still won't agree with you if you just use the simplest solution. Practical? Sensible? Obvious? Oh no.

Or you could pay the extra for Business Class and buy an airline power adapter. Some planes have standard AC plugs in Business.
