I would rather vote for Hugo Chavez as World Dictator!!! Hey, if Correa of Ecuador approves of him, than so do I. Go Ecuador, PR, Panama, Italy, Ireland a little(my background countries),Veneuela(partner of Ecuador),Colombia(my ex's and possible future girl's, again, country!!! UR ALL DA BEST!!!
