I've never really had battery problems with mine.

 

Offices usually do, planes don't as far as I know (though I haven't flown on anything larger than a 757 in years)

 

What? 757s are some of the biggest commercial jets out there, particularly for domestic travel.

 

Anyhow, no, planes don't have outlets on them.

 

Whoops, I was thinking 757's weren't the bigger ones.  I only pay so much attention to the plane type when I fly.  >_>
