I'm unsure X360 will reach that figure ever.... while the PS3 might manage it around mid 2011... at the earliest it would be late 2010. (shortly after Wii reaches 100 million)
As for 30million... I am positive the X360 will reach that figure first... as there will be less than 4 million to go after Christmas... wheras PS3 will have double that figure, and although PS3 is increasing compared to the 360, it isn't going to jump to doubling it's sales anytime soon.
