Reading more about her, I'm really starting to warm to this choice. She's fought to open the ANR while keeping it environmentally feasible, she's known for fighting excessive spending, and she has a reputation for doing what she feels is right over what the party might want her to do.
Plus, she sounds like a real firecracker who isn't afraid to bust some balls to get what she wants. I like that in a woman. I'm still not sold on that Pro-Life bullshit but I think McCain may have gotten my vote back. Time will tell.
