Nice job, you've bought the best game on Wii (SMG), the best online game on Wii (MK) and the best offline multiplayer game on Wii (SSBB). I'm jealous!
For Virtual Console I'd recommend Super Mario Bros. (NES). I have also heard that Super Mario Bros. 3 is better but I have never played it. I'd recommend checking at least one of those out.
Just remember to check reviews (on Metacritic or something) before you buy a game. There's a LOT of crap games on Wii and you don't want to end up with those and hate the Wii forever.
