I have maintained that Romney was a poor choice and it appears as if McCain agreed with my assessment. I said he would pick either Crist, Pawlenty, Sanford or Palin. I thought either Sanford or Palin was the perfect pick for McCain. If it is Palin, as the reports have said, she is a wise choice. I like both VP nominations this year; McCain and Obama have both made wise choices.
