He has achieved 8 gold medals during one olympic.. which is a world record as it is the most gold medals made in one olympic in history.. i guess that is what he has achieved... so.... i hope that answers your question as to "What has this guy achieved?"... yeh.. mmmm
oh... and seven of his eight gold medals were won by breaking the world record for that event... yeh.. hmm
