Sometimes they just refuse to configure themselves to connect to the internet. Sometimes they'll be all connected and configured and then randomly stop working and you have to unplug and replug to get it working again. I've had a Linksys (which craps out daily in my home), a Netgear (solid reliability, not too much trouble at school), and a couple of Belkins (one works near perfectly [family member's house], one refused to connect [school]). They were all connected to different ISPs in different places, so it's really difficult to compare them directly, but they've all pretty much been decent at best.

Prediction Aug '08: We see the PSP2 released fall '09. Graphically, it's basically the same as the current system. UMD drive ditched and replaced by 4-8gb on board flash memory. Other upgrades: 2nd analog nub, touchscreen, blutooth, motion sensor. Design: Flip-style or slider. Size: Think Iphone. Cost: $199. Will be profitable on day 1.
