Bloody jetpacks are my kryptonite. As a tank, the odds of shooting them actually are about 1 in a million and you can't rely on shooting near them to cause colateral damage since your tank shells are just going off into the sky never to detonate. Meanwhile if the jet packer has a rocket he is immune to virtually all weapons and can use rockets to auto target tanks. It's murder out there.
2 things could be implemented to balance that:
- the jet pack heat could interfere with rocket guidance meaning that if a jet packer uses the rocket he cannot use heat seaking rockets or
- there should be a way to manually detonate tank shells so you can guestimate where to force a detonation to cause damage to that bloody jetpacker.
