No that wouldn't happen. Actually for that to be cancelled they'd have to pay off Nintendo, the publisher, to cancel the game and it's release. Until then the partnership for that game will stand even with the takeover. It's kinda similar to when EA was buying out Bioware who was releasing Mass Effect under a different publisher. As long as Nintendo is publishing it for America and whatever places and the partnership for that title is there then the game will release when ready. Hell as many have said Fatal Frame might be a property of Nintendo now anyways so I don't think you should worry.
