Music. I can recall many games or series by the music alone. Most of them get stuck in my head. As for graphics, not really, maybe the art style like Okami and VC. SMT: Nocturne had an amazing level design. It was simply mind-blowing. The music - breath-taking. Characters, demons all looked great since they had their own style. Along with a deep, mature story, this is a game that will be remembered for years.
