I don't think you will regret it. Visuals are slightly dated today...its a 2004 game meant to compete with halflife 2. But the gameplay and computer AI will still blow your mind. Not to mention that it plays with your mind...and is very influenced by the Ring, Grudge and other J-horror movies.
