ESA happy about prison sentences for game pirates

The Internet is not part of the United States--that's my ethics. Mass distribution of pirating is extremely bad for the industry, but until direct DL games are the only choice to get rid of the retail middleman, costs will be high and people will do bad things to avoid $60 a pop.
