I'd say Boom Blox is worth a look into. You really can't get a feel for how fun it is until you spend some time with it.

Keep in mind that if you plan on getting any SNES, N64, or Gamecube games you'll need a classic or Gamecube controller. You won't be able to play them otherwise.
