Will people who get 360 FFXIII be inclined to buy a PS3 for Versus XIII?

Anyway, its a tough one to answer since its quite likely that Vs will be released on the 360 as well. SE have stated that FFXIII won't be released in Japan...But they haven't said that Versus won't be released at all...Which seems to tie in with a later announcment. Of course thats like 5050, who knows and I won't be like anyone here and pretend that it defo will come out, just not sure yet either way.

If it turns out its not, then I can't really see anyone at all buying a PS3 for the Versus side of the story, its obviously NOT the core part of the story or it wouldn't have the "Versus" name.

I don't even think Versus will be released in Europe.

Are you insulting me personally? I do not take too kindly to that. By the way FF XIII Versus will remain exclusive to PS3 and will appear worldwide on PS3.

 

No of course not, just a comment at the biased posts until mine from the obvious PS3 owners. There's not much point commenting on this thread unless you have the ability to not be biased as its not answering any questions. That is what I was implying.

Like some have already said, the type of people who would buy a PS3 just for Versus already own a PS3. The rest and in my opinion more intelligent, based on their actions (i.e, not buying a console for a game that won't be released for 12 months+) own a Wii or a 360.

If Versus turns out to be a life changing experience that will allow me to see through walls then I will buy another PS3. I have one on the way but it will mainly be used for Blurays and making empty materialistic people think I'm cool. Quite a good price for that ability.

Its almost embarassing to own a 360 these days and I own 2!

2nd bolded: You can't possibly know this. You may say that it is likely or probable and then I would actually agree with you.

The assumption of someones intelligence based on their timing and reason for buying a PS3 is absolutely ridiculous.

Move over Alfred Binet! We now have a much more efficient method of estimating ones aptitude - when and why they purchase a PS3!
