What a brilliant observation, and clearly deeply researched to find the real root of the problem. Oh, this just in: it turns out guns kill people after all, it's not the person holding the gun's fault at all! And water is solely responsible for every drowning ever, with no blame to be put on human ineptness, too! We can officially remove all responsibility from the individual for their actions as long as there was an object, passive force of nature, or other person within 500 yards of them at the time of a given incident. Glad they cleared that one up. Let's go bulldoze a forest and blame it on the trees!
