Well no one's expecting you to only want those six games forever. I'm sure more will end up being of interest in the coming months or years. You would also have the ability to choose which console you would rather have a multiplat on.
It's a good price for everything. I would say yes, but I'm a complete sucker for Xbox Live Arcade. Castle Crashers and Braid have both become two of my favorite games and I would rebuy a 360 just for the two of them.
