The rate of unemployment has increased under Bush due to the slow economy in USA. There has been an increase in homeless rates of people. Jails are over flowing with people being locked up for small misdemeanours in USA. USA locks more people up per capita than anywhere else on the planet.
George W. Bush has not done much for American society as a whole.
