FF XIII could be the next GTA IV

It wont be as big as GTA IV, but it does not really matter since GTA IV did not have as much impact as people expected (suprisingly it did not kill the Wii).

It will be a commercial succes on both 360 and PS3 for sure, but it wont see monstrous sales.
