This is fact. Yet Putin is the Prime Minister and still pulling all the strings. He is quickly becoming almost dictator(or Czar) like in power in Russia.

Russia is run by a group of 8 or 9 Russian billionaires who call all the shots in Russia. Money buys power and everything a person wants.
