360 attach ratio is 5.3, PS2 is much higher than that if I'm not mistaken. But it could eventually take over the spot, as it appears PS2 software sales may have peaked. It decreased 2% year-over-year for December.
"very long" I'm not so sure about that, PS2 is still be supported by both 3rd party and 1st party titles from SCEA. Considering there are 40 million PS2s in NA and about 5 million 360s, they still have work to do.
