Remember folks, this is Activision Blizzard.
And what is its main game -- World of Warcraft.
And what do people do -- pay a fee each month to play.
That being said, I do not read anything more into this but ...
The console makers provide the online service and may charge for it.
Online gameplay is only available for the (1) Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, (2) PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system and (3)Wii. It may require an additional subscription.
