Gran Turismo is by far the biggest, assuming it makes it out by the end of next year.
After that:
1. LittleBigPlanet
2. God of War III
3. Team ICO's project, but maybe Killzone 2, depending on how good it is (and we all know how damn well shooters sell).
Of course, this is assuming Uncharted 2 and Resistance 2 don't do much more for the console than their predecessors. Though Resistance 2 may be big, depending on how massive the improvements are over the original (and they seem to be doing a hell of a lot).
Oh, and FFXIII will be ginormous in Japan.
