Personally, if I was the type of gamer to sell a game (I'm not, I give away all of my old systems and games to my younger siblings), I would sell GTA4 right away. To me, it wasn't worth the $60 I payed for it, and there are many other games that could be enjoyed for that money.
Once again, this is all personal preference.
