Wow, I've never personally met someone in real life who's had to have a Ps3 replaced. :

 

 

I Had mine replaced ( 60 gig sku ) when my brother was visiting my house and he poped in my old copy of Madden 04 ( ps2 version, sevely worn and scratched -.- ) and that was the last disc it ever read, i was also out of the 1 year warranty period by a couple months so i had to pay $150.00 for repairs, also sony screwd up and sent it back to me "repaired" the console looked clean but they was not reading discs still, i when i called back they were telling me it worked when we finished the "repairs" clearly bullshit but w/e, they sent me a refurbished one after that, good times....
