This guy comes across as a real ass and uses a variety of logical fallacies to make his statements sound good even if they're nonsense.
Many of his statements there boil down to "oh, so we're lower quality than we should be and haven't fixed some obvious things? Who cares, we needed to ship this bitch even if it wasn't polished. So why don't you shut up about it because they're not a big deal in my opinion, and if they are in your opinion then your opinion is just wrong."
