Don't get me wrong, the loss of exclusivity is a mammoth blow to the PS3, especially given the Xbox 360 is cheaper. But I think it will be very difficult to gauge. In Japan I think if Sony paid more than a couple of million dollars they wasted their cash. We have already seen that the continent has a massive aversion to purchasing the Xbox 360, and wouldn't have bought it en masse for FFXIII!!! |
I actually agree with you on this one. If sony payed for JP exclusivity, they wasted their money period! It would make the most sense if they payed for NA exclusivity, which is where the box is strongest
