No one officialy wins the Olympics, but generally the nation with most golds is considered the "winner"

 GB is organizing the next set of games in 2012 so expect rugby to be there in the next games.

I hope, but the IOC doesn't seem very eager to add rugby to the games. Though I heard they were seriously considering adding seven-a-side, that's at least one good news
