I never said the moves don't respond I just seem to have a delay. As for the cheesing I ran in to that as well. The Dragon Punch (uppercut) is the most powerful move in the game. You could be using Ken or Ryu if you know how to do it (I do) you can beat an opponent with this cheese. However, its not as bad as the corner fighters. They back you in and try to never let you out.
