Now this made me giggle.  I'll give you LBP as totally not being a rehash, but lets look at all the other games you mentioned in your post:

  • Arika (or Hakuna Matata lol) - This game in HD
  • Aquanauts - So it's not a rehash but it's basically Afrika (or Hakuna Matata lol)?  I admit, I really know nothing about this game but have you ever heard of Endless Ocean?  They sound a lot alike, kind of like Afrika (or Hakuna Matata lol) under water.
  • MAG - Quality does not equal quantity.  I have the funny feeling this is going to be Battlefield with more people.  Woohoo.
  • Motorstorm - franchise
  • Killzone 2 - franchise
  • Gran Turismo - franchise
  • God of War 3 - franchise
  • Tekken 6 - franchise
  • FFXIII - franchise
  • Singstar - franchise

Yeah, those games all look so original.  :-p

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying any of those are bad, I'm just saying think before you type.

And so I don't invite the wrath of Zen, I understand some of those really aren't rehashes.  I probably should have talked more about originality than used the word rehash.  Oh well.
