American History X is a masterpiece, speaking of which I can't find my copy, I think my old roomates ganked it, maybe not thoguh.

3. Road to Perdition - One of the most successful recreations of a Comic origin ever. Phenominal soundtrack, Historical referencing, Acting, and art direction. The scenes were so picturesque and the use of lighting was glorious. JFK had great lighting too but it didn't match Road to Perdition. Makeup was great. The story was told in a concise and compelling manner. Great ending. I also personally feel that the changes they elected to make from the comic book were actually for the better (amazing as it may be). This movie is one of the best films ever made.
