Also, men should be allowed to wear dresses. When it's 45 degrees outside it doesn't matter what type of pants/underwear combo you have on, it sucks. Also man-fans, same exact reason as above.

 

As long as it's got a plaid print and you dye your hair red nobody shoud think twice about it. Of course that would just apply to a skirt, not a full on dress.

Ya, I just thought back on what I said and realized I was mixing Scots and Irish, my bad.  Anyway, rock that kilt, don't they usually have little bag things that you wear with them anyway?
