Graphics - I like to be immersed, if I find a game visually unappealing its an immediate turnoff for me. This doesn't mean lots of pixels or anything its more about getting drawn into the game world and suspending disbelief. If I can't do this then the next 4 aspects don't matter.
Gameplay - Once a game has passed the first test it must be fun to play, have an interesting story line and it cannot have difficult controls/inprecise controls. This is almost as important to me as #1
Social Aspects - Its an important aspect but I can do without on a lot of games. Its definately the icing on the cake for a game that satisfied the first 2 criteria though.
Sound - Its awesome to play a game with good sound effects they can aid immersion greatly. I find as long as the voice action/sound effects are satisfactory I don't pay much attention here.
Innovation - Overated, Most innovation isn't fun and once its a proven concept it just becomes an expectation of #2 anyway.
Tease.
