I know there are some horror stories out there because lets face it no one is going to bother to write anything about how good a company might be but as soon as a few stories about how bad a company is people are real quike to write about it. That's a really good point that people love to forget. You don't come onto forums and and rant and rave about the good experiences, you only come to rant and rave about the bad ones.
