If the Democrats were in the WH during 2001, would Iraq be invaded or not?

Afghanistan for sure. Iraq, 95% sure.

Politicians have no moral code, or ethics what so ever. 85% of the country wanted us to go to war with Iraq. This means anyone shitty enough to make it to the WH, is going to do whatever the masses want. Especially if he/she has another term to go.
